Our Mississippi Honors is an annual celebration recognizing individuals whose leadership, service, and professional achievements have made a meaningful impact on Mississippi and beyond. The event brings together leaders from business, education, healthcare, public service, and community organizations to honor individuals whose work reflects excellence, integrity, and a commitment to advancing our state.
The 2026 program will recognize a distinguished group of honorees through Mississippi’s Most Influential African Americans, highlighting leaders whose influence is shaping industries, communities, and institutions across Mississippi. Being selected for this honor reflects a level of leadership and achievement that has earned the respect of peers and communities throughout the state.
The evening will also feature the presentation of the prestigious Our Mississippi Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing an individual whose career has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and lasting contributions to Mississippi.
